Windsong Corporation Pty Ltd trading as Experience Media ("ExperienceMedia") provides the Gosswire registered user service ("Service") to you under the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use the service.

Grant of License

1. Under this agreement we grant you a license to use the Service, including any integrated third-party components, players, and plug-ins comprising the service.
2. The service is billed monthly or annually from date of sign-up or renewal.
3. You agree that this Service is for your own personal use and you will not disclose, share, copy, resell, distribute any portion of the Service to any other party.
4. You agree to not attempt to disassemble, modify or in any way reverse engineer any part of the Service.
5. You agree to abide by the license terms of any third party components and plug-ins which are used in conjunction with or as a part of the Service.
6. You confirm that you are over the age of 13 years.

Service Terms of Use

1. You agree that the personal information you provide about who you are is true in all respects.
2. You agree that you have read and understood and have accepted the Terms of Use of the Service website and related services.
3. You agree that you have read and understood the details of our current Privacy Policy.
4. You agree that any refund of monies spent is subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.
5. You agree that the use of the Service does not constitute any guarantee or warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service, or that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.
6. You acknowledge that use of any audio recording used in conjunction with the Service is entirely the responsibility of the account owner. ExperienceMedia is in no way liable for misuse of audio of any kind, including copyright infringement, privacy infringement, or any other misuse.
7. You agree to not send any email or post or publish any message within the Service either in text format or audio format which is unlawful, offensive, obscene, libellous or otherwise objectionable or that could give rise to civil action. ExperienceMedia reserves the right to be the final arbiters of such content and to remove the offending content where possible.
8. Similarly, you agree to not use the Service to send or generate any email which at the sole discretion of ExperienceMedia is deemed to constitute spam, or is associated with bulk unsolicited emails. ExperienceMedia reserves the right to be the final arbiters of such content and to terminate the Service.
9. If for any reason the Service is terminated by ExperienceMedia, you agree that you will have no other claim against ExperienceMedia except a refund of the unused portion of subscription paid.
10. You agree that ExperienceMedia reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if monthly bandwidth allocation is exceeded. Should you exceed your monthly bandwidth allocation, ExperienceMedia agrees to notify you via email and offer an upgrade of your account services.
11. If your monthly bandwidth allocation is exceeded you agree that ExperienceMedia reserves the right to suspend your account for the remainder of the anniversary month. Before your account is suspended, ExperienceMedia will notify you via email and offer an upgrade of your account service. You will have 24 hours to respond to such email before the account is suspended.
12. You acknowledge that ExperienceMedia does not guarantee or warrant that the information presented on the website is timely, or without errors.
13. You acknowledge that ExperienceMedia does not guarantee or warrant that the Service and web site will be without downtime or system failures.
14. You agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Service account and password. You also agree that you are responsible for all use of your account. If unauthorised use of your account is noticed by you, you agree to advise us as soon as possible.
15. You agree to accept the pricing as displayed on the website. These prices are subject to change without notice. These prices do not include any taxes except in the case of Australia. The fee paid by users within Australia will include GST. For users located outside Australia, if any other taxes or government charges are applicable you agree that they are your responsibility.
16. You agree that any communication or comments in relation to the Service that you send to us via email or otherwise shall be deemed to be non-confidential and that ExperienceMedia reserves the right to use, disclose and reproduce the information without limitation.

Termination of Your Account

1. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you fail to pay for the Service, or if payment is withdrawn after being accepted.
2. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate the terms of this agreement.

We reserve the right to alter the terms of this Service agreement at any time.
